The state of scientific development of the problems of criminal liability for gender-based violence in the context of armed conflict (martial law) in Ukraine in 2012-2014

The article analyzes the topics of dissertation research on gender-based violence, including its types (forms), approved in 2012-2014. author notes that problem violence and gender discrimination, equality context armed conflict (martial law) has not been subject comprehensive scientific research.It is concluded 2012 1609 specialty 12.00 (Legal Science) were approved, which 14 or 0.87 % devoted to problems forms (types), equality. It was also noted 9 topics, 64.3 %, do have public domain one topic does even publications. In 2013, 1526 19 1.25 Of 13 (68.4 %) domain, 2 2014, 1309 11 which, 0.84 equality; among 5 (45.5 lacked publications.It emphasized (types) a relevant Ukrainian scholars, despite fact national legislation being improved (in September 2012, Law Ukraine “On Principles Preventing Combating Discrimination Ukraine” adopted), indicates need for development this issue, proposals scholars expressed are implemented lawmaking.
